One of the clients that we manage is the Foundation for Dental Laboratory Technology (FDLT).  Their mission is to advance the profession of dental laboratory technology through education.

Stay Fit, Stay Happy – NO Excuses

For many people fitness is not at the top of their list; however, I have found that working out helps me stay productive during the work week.

When working out on a regular basis, I sleep better, am less stressed and more focused when completing my normal day to day activities. By exercising I am also giving my mind and body time to work through some of the stresses that the work day presents, leaving me energized and ready to tackle the harder tasks that loom ahead. 4 Quick Tips to Get Things Done!

If you’re anything like me you might work off of a “To Do List”.  This is how I prioritize and organize my day.  I do not feel accomplished until things get checked off my list.  I am a very goal oriented person, and it motivates me on a day to day basis.  One of the goals on my personal “To Do List” is to run a 5k.  I’ve never been much of a runner, but you can be certain I am trying.  So how do we set realistic and achievable goals?  Here are some tips and tricks I use to help me create a game plan to reach my goals.
