For many people fitness is not at the top of their list; however, I have found that working out helps me stay productive during the work week.
When working out on a regular basis, I sleep better, am less stressed and more focused when completing my normal day to day activities. By exercising I am also giving my mind and body time to work through some of the stresses that the work day presents, leaving me energized and ready to tackle the harder tasks that loom ahead.
